2D Game Artist (Middle/ Senior)

1. Responsibilities:

Game UI/UX Design

• Design game UI/UX elements, including:
  • icons, buttons, menus, banners, and in-game interactive screens.
• Transform wireframes into polished interfaces that align with the project’s art style.
• Ensure visual appeal, usability, and an optimized player experience.

Visual Development & Optimization

• Ensure game assets are optimized for smooth performance across multiple platforms.
• Provide splash art, screenshots, and marketing banners to support promotional campaigns.

Collaboration & Research

• Work closely with the Game Design team, Developers, and other related departments to shape the product vision.
• Research game design trends, visual styles, and user experience best practices.
• Utilize AI tools to optimize workflow efficiency and improve productivity.
• Analyze and propose suitable art styles for different projects.

2. Requirements

Must Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in graphic design for mobile games, preferably in casual / puzzle / arcade games.
• Ability to propose art direction and visual style for projects.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, interaction design, and game experience optimization.
• Ability to design 2D game assets, including UI, icons, environments, and characters.
• Experience using AI tools for art production such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Photoshop AI, etc., to accelerate concepting and production.
• Ability to maintain style consistency when integrating AI into the asset production pipeline.
• Good understanding of the mobile game asset production workflow and performance optimization.

Nice to Have

• Experience with 3D modeling / rendering tools such as Blender, Maya, etc.
• Experience in animation (Spine / After Effects / 3D animation).

3. Benefits

• Salary (Gross): Negotiable, depending on experience and level
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, no overtime
