Al Engineer

1. Responsibilities:

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will serve as the bridge between our AI platform and our clients’ real-world operational environments.

This role is not only about “building AI” — it is about deploying AI into real business operations and ensuring that AI solutions generate measurable enterprise value

1.1. Client-facing delivery

Work directly with enterprise and government clients to:

Collect, clean, and structure data for AI systems
Configure AI workflows tailored to specific use cases such as: audit, compliance, marketing, risk management, procurement, and other business functions.
Design, train, and fine-tune AI models aligned with client data and business objectives
Build and manage AI agents within the AI ecosystem, orchestrating multiple agents into automated workflows
Develop and deploy Ops Packs (ready-to-deploy AI solution packages) for specific business operations
Set up security controls, monitoring systems, and audit trails across the entire AI stack following security-by-design principles

1.2. Cross-functional collaboration

Work closely with internal teams including:

Data Team – data processing and standardization
AI Modeling Team – model training and evaluation
Product / Platform Team – AI platform development
Customer Success / Operations Team – ensuring real business outcomes

1.3. Implementation & optimization

Directly participate in:

Pilot deployments and scale-up initiatives
Defining KPIs, measuring performance, and optimizing AI workflows
Solution handover and enablement for clients or implementation partners

2. Requirements:

Must have:

Technical Knowledge & Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python and mainstream AI/ML tools such as: PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain and related frameworks
- Solid understanding of:
  - Machine Learning and LLMs (Fine-tuning, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Embeddings)
  - Data management and storage systems (SQL / NoSQL, unstructured data, vector databases)
  - Data pipelines & ETL, data cleaning and annotation workflows
  - Basic DevOps (Docker, Kubernetes, cloud / on-prem deployment)
  - API integrations and workflow automation
- Strong systems thinking with a solid understanding of business processes and workflow design
- Preferred: experience deploying AI solutions in enterprise or government environments
Soft Skills:
- Strong client communication skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical workflows
- A startup builder mindset – proactive, adaptable, and continuously optimizing through experimentation
- Strong teamwork, project management, and practical problem-solving capabilities

Nice to have

Experience with AI agent frameworks / multi-agent orchestration
Experience deploying AI in Ecommerce industry
Background in Data Engineering or MLOps
Knowledge of AI security and governance, including:
- Prompt guardrails
- Policy engines
- Audit trails

3. Compensation & Benefits

Salary: Negotiable based on experience;
Working from Monday - Friday, 8 AM- 5 PM, no OT;
