1. Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, analyze customer data, and propose product features to improve overall product quality and user value.
• Analyze feedback from the Customer Support team to identify user pain points and areas for improvement.
• Translate the Product Manager’s roadmap and strategy into clear and actionable technical requirements.
• Write product documentation including PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), user stories, feature logic, and define data validation rules and edge cases.
• Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) thoroughly to ensure features work as expected and meet UI/UX standards before release.
• Work closely with developers to clarify requirements and resolve blockers during implementation.

2. Requirements:

Must have:

• At least 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner role in a product-based company.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong in-depth problem analysis and logical thinking ability.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, especially in problem-solving and decision-making contexts.
• Basic knowledge of UX principles to ensure the application is user-friendly.

Nice to have:

• Experience using user analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
• Ability to use AI tools to support personal productivity and product-related tasks.

3. Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Negotiable based on experience;
• Working from Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM, no OT;
