1. Job Description

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and understand functional flows and business processes, especially E-commerce workflows such as product management, shopping cart, and checkout.
• Test TagFly and Trustify apps to ensure their functionalities work accurately.
• Test business flows related to event tracking, tracking data, and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for TagFly and its related apps.
• Test review, rating, and customer data display functionalities on Trustify.
• Create test cases and test scenarios, prepare test data, and perform Manual Testing, UI/UX Testing, and Cross-browser Testing.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, collaborating with Developers to resolve issues.
• Propose improvements to product functionalities and testing processes to enhance overall product quality.

2. Requirements

Must-have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a Tester/Quality Assurance role.
• Experience in Manual Testing, test case management, and API Testing.
• Ability to analyze business requirements, anticipate potential bugs, and propose preventive measures.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive at work.
• Basic English reading comprehension and communication skills.
• Friendly, open-minded, and able to collaborate effectively with team members.

Nice to have:

• Experience in E-commerce is a plus.
• Relevant testing certifications.
• Familiarity with AI tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge of Automation Testing is a plus.
