JOB DESCRIPTION

• Collaborate with Mentors to conduct market research, analyze competitors, and understand user needs within the E-commerce and Shopify Apps/SaaS industries.
• Identify user problems, propose innovative ideas, and contribute to developing solutions that enhance existing products.
• Assist in preparing product requirements, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and managing the Product Backlog.
• Work closely with Developers, Designers, Testers, and Marketing teams throughout the product development, testing, and feature launch processes.
• Monitor and analyze product performance data and user feedback to identify opportunities for improving user experience and product effectiveness.
• Participate in training sessions, performance reviews, and hands-on assignments aligned with the program's development roadmap.

REQUIREMENTS

• Third-year or fourth-year university students, or recent graduates from universities in Hanoi.
• Strong career interest in Product Management/Product Ownership, SaaS, E-commerce, or Technology.
• Logical thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a data-driven mindset.
• Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Proactive learning attitude, strong self-learning abilities, and openness to feedback.
• Proficiency in all four English skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing.
• Availability to participate in at least 5 half-day sessions per week and commitment to the program for a minimum of 6 months.
• Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and alignment with Xipat's culture and values.

• Experience participating in student clubs, academic competitions, personal projects, or activities related to Product, Business, or Technology.
• Basic understanding of Product Development, Agile/Scrum, E-commerce, or Shopify.
• Experience using AI tools to support learning, research, and problem-solving.

Proactively tackle real product challenges, gradually take ownership of product features, and become accountable for the value you deliver.
