Responsibilities:

  • Identify, engage, and build long-term relationships with strategic partners, including agencies, app partners, communities, and eCommerce platforms within the global SaaS and Shopify ecosystem.
  • Own and grow existing partnerships within the Omega ecosystem, focusing on mutual value, scalability, and sustainable collaboration.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to design and execute co-marketing, cross-selling, and referral initiatives across apps.
  • Monitor and evaluate partnership performance using data-driven metrics, and proactively propose improvements to maximize partnership impact.
  • Act as a key point of contact for strategic and high-value customers, ensuring strong engagement and long-term retention.
  • Develop a deep understanding of merchants’ needs, pain points, and app usage behavior across the customer journey.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize partner and customer insights, translating them into actionable feedback for Product and Growth teams to improve product-market fit.

Requirements:

Must-have
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Partnership, Affiliate Marketing, Account Management, or Business Development.
  • Basic understanding of affiliate tracking, attribution models, and conversion funnels.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize insights into clear recommendations.
  • Good English communication skills (emails, calls, meetings with international partners).
Nice-to-have
  • Experience working with SaaS products, eCommerce platforms, or the Shopify ecosystem
  • Existing network within agencies, publishers, KOLs, or eCommerce communities is a strong advantage.
  • Solid understanding of product mindset and customer feedback loops, with the ability to translate insights into product and growth improvements.
