Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and leadership to the marketing team to ensure effective implementation of marketing plans.
  1. Multi-Channel Marketing:
  • Oversee and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, content marketing, email, and traditional channels.
  • Drive initiatives to increase brand awareness and market penetration.
  1. Product Marketing:
  • Collaborate with the product team to develop and execute product marketing strategies.
  • Create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences.
  1. Data-Driven Decision Making:
  • Utilize data analytics and market research to make informed decisions and continuously optimize marketing strategies.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  1. Brand Management:
  • Lead efforts to enhance and maintain the company’s brand image.
  • Ensure consistency in branding across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  1. Team Management:
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional growth.
  1. Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Monitor and report on marketing ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Have marketing experience in the field of eCommerce & SAAS
  • Proven experience as a CMO or in a senior marketing leadership role within the technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of the tech market, trends, and competition.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Having mindset growth hacking
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
