Responsibilities:
- Based on the team guidance, communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide onboarding help, answer questions about features, and transfer customer issues to the development team if you can’t solve them.
- Suggest information about other products and services to customers to satisfy customer’s needs to drive business growth.
- Build deep relationships with customers to enable them to be loyal customers.
- Collect customer information and communicate with them to get their feedback/ insights into current/ future products or services then collaborate with the product team to make them go live.
- Work together with the team to achieve the team & company’s goals.
Requirements:
- Be proficient in both written and verbal English.
- Have a reliable computer to enable efficient remote work from home.
- Be willing to learn about e-commerce, technical aspects of our app and E-commerce platforms.
- Adapt easily to new ways of doing things, and thrive on change and ambiguity.
- Respect the differences of others, including cultural and language differences, and will adapt their style and approach to match the needs of different individuals and teams.
- Work constructively under stress and pressure.
- Have experience in the customer service field.
