Responsibilities:

  • Generate ideas, design, and create detailed game documents.
  • Collaborate with different departments within the project to ensure the progress and quality of feature development and events for games.
  • Monitor metrics, analyze data, and propose appropriate actions at project stages.
  • Develop a game story that aligns with the product’s objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience, with a portfolio of Game Design Documents (GDD) or products already available on the market.
  • Understanding of game design elements such as fun factors, user motivation, core loops, and progression.
  • Passion for gaming and a desire to pursue a career in the gaming industry.
  • Eagerness to learn, with a development mindset
  • Open-minded, and proactive in communication, interaction, and collaboration with team members.
