Responsibilities:

With two flagship products, Game Zoka and Omegatheme, we focus on supporting merchants across various e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce. We’re building high-impact Shopify apps that empower thousands of merchants globally to sell better — and advertise smarter. Our app Facebook Multi Pixels helps merchants track data accurately, optimize Meta Ads performance, and gain better attribution through Pixel, Conversion API, and advanced event tracking.

- Collaborate closely with Product Manager and other Product Owners to define and manage product roadmaps.
- Translate business objectives and user insights into clear feature lists, functional specs, and wireframes.
- Coordinate the entire product lifecycle: from ideation to release, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
- Conduct product analysis using customer data, event tracking, and behavioral metrics (churn, retention, conversion…).
- Be responsible for data tracking within the product: defining tracking needs, working with engineers to build a foundational data warehouse, and applying product analytics to support customer segmentation and product decision-making.
- Propose customer journey improvements by identifying key touchpoints and crafting user personas.
- Work with tracking events and product data: define tracking specifications, validate implementation, and analyze funnels, cohorts, and retention.
- Support marketing performance: coordinate tracking events like Pixel or Conversion API to provide accurate data for attribution.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support attribution analysis and performance optimization.
- Regularly review and update product documentation and user guides.
- Stay on top of industry trends, particularly in e-commerce, UI/UX, and data-driven product development.
- Present product updates and proposals to stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Requirements:
Must have:
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner or relevant roles (e.g. Business Analyst, Product Marketing, Product Designer…).
- Strong mindset in product thinking and business acumen.
- Comfortable working with data (basic understanding of DA, KPIs, funnels, cohorts…).
- Experience in e-commerce or digital product development is highly preferred.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written (English required).
- Able to build wireframes and write product specifications (Figma, Miro, or similar tools).
- Strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and passionate about creating value through product.
Nice to have:
- Experience with customer segmentation, journey mapping, or behavioral analysis.
- Knowledge of product data: how to define touchpoints, track feature usage, and draw insights.
- Familiarity with SQL or data visualization tools is a plus.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodology.
- Understanding of how Meta Ads, Facebook Pixel, and Conversion API work, or a strong interest in performance marketing.
- Prior experience working on a product that involves tracking, analytics, or advertising tools is a significant advantage.
- Having worked as a Data Analyst or being used to collaborating with DA/Marketing teams is highly preferred.
