Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s technology vision, mission, and strategy in alignment with its business goals. This includes staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies;
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative technology solutions, products, and services. Ensure that the products are of high quality, high performance, and scalable;
- Establish and maintain a robust and scalable technology infrastructure, including cloud services, databases, and networking. Ensure that systems are secure, reliable, and able to handle the company’s growth;
- Plan for and address the scalability needs of the company, ensuring that the technology infrastructure can grow as the company expands;
- Provide guidance, mentoring, and coaching to help the Develop Team achieve their professional and company goals;
- Organize and operate automation systems;
- Work closely with the CEO, to align technology initiatives with overall business strategies and objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar leadership role;
- Experience in building physical and cloud server platforms
- Experience in developing large load-bearing systems
- Experience in developing distributed systems
- Experience in building DevOps/Automation
- Have a system optimization mindset
- Experience working with large databases
- Good negotiation and communication skills and leadership skills.
- Training, Coaching skills.
- Planning and problem-solving skills.
