In celebration of Vietnamese Women’s Day on October 20, BeYOUtiful 2026 was organized as a heartfelt thank-you to the women of Xipat, while also creating a moment for everyone to step away from the usual work rhythm, get creative, connect, and enjoy small but meaningful moments together.
Bloom Your Way – bloom in your own way
BeYOUtiful Day began with the fresh flower arrangement workshop Bloom Your Way.
There was no fixed formula or standard design for everyone to follow. Each participant was free to choose her own colors, flowers, and arrangement style based on her personal taste and inspiration.
Using the same set of materials, each finished arrangement turned out completely different — some soft and delicate, some bright and expressive, some minimal, and others wonderfully spontaneous.
That was exactly the message behind BeYOUtiful: there is no single standard to follow — everyone has her own way to shine.
More than just a creative activity, the workshop also offered a chance to slow down, relax, chat, and enjoy a little time for oneself in the middle of a busy workday.
Little moments of joy throughout BeYOUtiful Day
After the workshop, participants continued the day with check-in moments alongside their flower arrangements and received thoughtful surprises prepared by the Organizing Team.
From the small surprises in the morning and refreshing drinks to the themed check-in corners, every detail was designed to create a seamless and enjoyable BeYOUtiful experience throughout the day.
In the afternoon, the atmosphere became even more lively with mini games and interactive activities. The challenges brought plenty of laughter, fun teamwork, and more opportunities for colleagues to connect beyond their usual work conversations.
After the games, everyone gathered for a teabreak, taking time to unwind, chat, and simply enjoy being together.
A thoughtful gift for self-care
One of the most meaningful moments of the day was the gift-giving session dedicated to the women of Xipat. This year, the gifts were selected around the theme of well-being and taking time to care for oneself.
More than just a gift for October 20, each present carried a small message from Xipat: amid deadlines, goals, and busy schedules, everyone deserves time to rest, recharge, and restore balance.
The gifts, together with warm wishes and shared moments, added another thoughtful touch to BeYOUtiful Day.
BeYOUtiful – more than just one day
The flower arrangements, thoughtful gifts, laughter during the mini games, and conversations over teabreak were all small pieces that came together to create BeYOUtiful 2026.
But what Xipat hopes to carry forward goes beyond the activities of a single day.
It is the spirit of being yourself.
Each person brings different strengths, choices, personalities, and ways of creating value. These differences make our workplace more diverse, more dynamic, and richer in perspectives.
BeYOUtiful is also Xipat’s way of saying thank you to all the women in the company for their contributions, creativity, sense of responsibility, and continued companionship throughout our shared journey.
The day would not have been complete without the preparation, support, and thoughtful surprises made possible by our male colleagues and the Organizing Team behind the scenes.
An event may last only one day, but the feeling of being recognized, connected, and truly part of a team can stay with us for much longer.
