From August 13–16, 2026, Xipat Company Trip 2026 brought Xipaters and their families to Quy Nhon – Phu Yen for a journey inspired by “DẪN LỐI | MAKE YOUR MOVE.”
The trip may be over, but the laughter, conversations, shared discoveries, and memories marked on Xipat’s “nautical chart” will certainly stay with us for a long time.

Inspired by the imagery of a nautical chart, Company Trip 2026 was designed around a simple idea: there is no single journey that looks the same for everyone.
Everyone has their own way of exploring.
Every team has its own way of leaving a mark.
And every shared moment becomes another waypoint on Xipat’s collective journey.
From the first steps of the trip and the experiences across Quy Nhon – Phu Yen to the evenings spent together, the distance between colleagues seemed to grow smaller through conversations that could never happen inside a meeting room.

One of the biggest highlights of this year’s Company Trip was the “Dẫn Lối” Gala Dinner — where the spirit of exploration reached another level through an exciting strategic gameshow.
It was not simply about completing challenges and finding a winning team. Xipaters had to collaborate, manage Energy, use Resources, assess risks, and make the right “Make Your Move” at the right moment.
There were unexpected comebacks.
