Inspired by the chemical element Copper (Cu) in the periodic table - which also playfully echoes the familiar way older generations in Vietnam affectionately refer to boys and men — Cu’s Day 6/4 was created at Xipat as an unofficial yet meaningful occasion to honor the men who quietly contribute every day to the collective growth of the company.

1. Morning – “Nha Xipat Breakfast Corner” Welcomes Our Hungry Gentlemen:
From early morning, the gentlemen of Xipat were warmly welcomed at the 3rd-floor lobby with freshly prepared, nutritious breakfast meals. Each breakfast set came with a special sticker pass, serving as a “ticket” for joining the afternoon activities and redeeming gifts later in the day. It was a small gesture, but one filled with care and thoughtfulness.
2. Afternoon – Minigames, Gift Exchange, and Endless Fun
The afternoon became even more energetic with a series of exciting activities, including:
