Christmas 2025 at Xipat has officially come to a close, but the warmth, the smiles, and the unexpected joyful moments still remain in the hearts of every team member. The “Dear Santa” program was not only an internal Christmas celebration, but also a special journey — where every Xipater had the chance to make a wish while also becoming a “Santa Claus” who brings joy to someone else.
DEAR SANTA – WHEN EVERY XIPATER BECOMES A SANTA
What made Dear Santa at Xipat truly special was the beautiful combination of making wishes and sharing love.
From small yet meaningful gestures such as:
wish cards hanging on the Christmas tree
secret gifts carefully prepared by each Secret Santa
delightful moments when Santa “knocked on the door” with surprises and laughter
All of these came together to create a Christmas atmosphere that was warm, joyful, and deeply connected within the Xipat family.
SECRET SANTA – AN UNEXPECTED AND MEANINGFUL CONNECTION
The Secret Santa activity was undoubtedly one of the highlights of this year’s celebration. Each team member quietly prepared a gift for a “secret recipient,” creating exciting and heartwarming moments when the gifts were finally exchanged. No one knew in advance what they would receive, but one thing was certain: every gift carried thoughtfulness, care, and genuine attention from the giver. This is also one of the core values that Xipat always strives to nurture — sincere human connection.
CHRISTMAS AT XIPAT – WHEN SHARING BECOMES A CULTURE
Christmas is not only a festive season, but also a season of love and sharing. At Xipat, this spirit of sharing is not measured by the value of the gift itself, but by:
the care shown toward colleagues
thoughtful and heartfelt gestures
the companionship built throughout the year
It is these simple things that help create a workplace that feels warm, connected, and inspiring.
ONE CHRISTMAS SEASON ENDS – A NEW JOURNEY BEGINS
While Dear Santa 2025 has come to an end, the values and emotions it brought will continue to stay with every Xipater moving forward. Each person did not simply bring home a gift, but also carried with them:
beautiful memories
new connections
positive energy for the year ahead
XIPAT – WHERE SMALL THINGS CREATE GREAT VALUE
“Dear Santa” is more than just a Christmas event. It is a reflection of Xipat’s corporate culture — where every individual is connected, cared for, and inspired to create positive values together. And without a doubt, the Christmas seasons ahead at Xipat will continue to bring even more meaningful moments.
