With the meaningful message “Donate Blood – Share Love,” on the morning of July 9, 2025, Nang Hong Xipat - the first humanitarian blood donation program held at the Xipat office - was successfully and meaningfully organized. As one of the key activities of July in celebration of Xipat’s 17th anniversary, the event was designed to further spread Xipat’s cultural values - a workplace where technology and innovation are accompanied by empathy, compassion, and a strong sense of community.

From early morning, the 3rd floor of the Xipat office was filled with a warm and inspiring atmosphere.
With the support of the National Institute of Hematology and Blood Transfusion, Nang Hong Xipat 2025 welcomed more than 40 employees who registered and directly participated in the program.
For every Xipater who joined, donating blood was not only about giving something precious, but also about sharing a meaningful message of kindness and community spirit — fully aligned with Xipat’s CSR values: giving from the heart, spreading through action.

“I used to be afraid of needles. But today, thanks to the encouragement from my colleagues and the professionalism of the medical team, I was able to overcome that fear — and I feel truly proud knowing that I may help save someone’s life.”

At the event, members of the Board of Directors also directly participated in the blood donation, setting an example and inspiring all employees. This further demonstrated Xipat’s spirit of leadership, unity, and strong connection between management and the wider team.
Nang Hong Xipat is a clear reflection of an empathetic workplace culture, where every individual can create meaningful value through even the simplest acts of kindness. Through moments like these, Xipat continues building a community that is not only professionally excellent, but also rich in compassion and humanity.
Thank you to all Xipaters who joined and helped spread the spirit that: “Sharing is Strength.” We look forward to seeing you again in the next season of Nang Hong Xipat.
